Connor and Ashley update

Connor had his 4 year check-up last Friday (I know, only 2 months late) and he is doing really well. 95th in height and weight. Suprising that he is that much in weight since it is like pulling teeth to get him to sit down and eat! He would rather talk and play than sit down and eat. At his 4 year appt he had to get 4 shots!! Poor little guy, 2 in each arm. Since he did so well, Connor and I went to Target to get a couple suprises. He got a toy chainsaw to help his dad with and Candyland. He was quite disappointed when we got home and he went outside to test his chainsaw and found quickly that it didn't work. He and Ashley have a good time with it though. Candyland has provided many hours of entertainment. He played with Grandma and Grandpa Burrows on Friday before they left for Grenada. I think that Grandma played a record 15 games or so.
Ashley had her 18 month appt on Monday. She is also tall! She is 33 1/4 inches tall (90th percentile) and 24 lbs (50th percentile). She is my little active girl and never sits still for more than a couple of minutes. The exceptions to this are food of any kind, Mr. Potato head (this can occupy her for 30 minutes) and looking at books. She is starting to say more and more words (probably between 15 and 20) that at least I can understand and likes to point out parts of her face and whoever else's face she can get close enough too.

Looks like Molly isn't missing out on the action. Sounds like both kids are healthy!
