We had a great time visiting mom and dad/grandma and grandpa. The flight out to Las Vegas with Ashley was not the best since she had to be contained (which does not go over well). She cried for about 45 minutes and then finally fell asleep on Kenton and slept most of the way into Las Vegas. Mom and Dad picked us up in Las Vegas and then we drove to St. George and stopped to feed my starving children and Chili's (I have never seen Connor or Ashley eat so fast and so well) and at Target to get stocked up on diapers and formula for Ashley. Then onto New Harmony. My little family was pretty tired after the day of traveling. The next day (Saturday) we drove to Dana & Shirley's. Connor had a great time playing with uncle Dana, McKay and Ashton. He even got to ride the Harley with Dana! Ashley was really spoiled with attention by Vasha and Shirley; she loved every minute of it though! We headed back to New Harmony on Sunday afternoon after lunch (thanks Dana!) and the kids were so tired they slept almost the whole way home which was really nice. Monday we picked up Kenton in St. George from his weekend guys trip to Las Vegas. Connor was really excited to see his Daddy. Tuesday we went to Cedar City and mom and I went shopping while Kenton and Dad took the kids to Discovery Park. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Wednesday we went back to St. George for lunch and so that mom and I could go have pedicures and manicures. Kenton and Dad took the kids to see the dinosaur tracks which Connor really enjoyed. We left on Thursday and made it home in much better shape that the trip out. Ashley did better and wasn't quite so whiny. Connor really enjoyed spending lots of time outside with his Grandpa looking for rabbits. squirrels and mice.
